Profile

Tore Gianino is a Lecturer in Law and the Assistant Director of the Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic, where he oversees the intellectual property aspects of the clinic. Tore previously practiced with the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale and is licensed to practice patent law before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has nearly a decade of experience providing patent counsel to individuals and companies of all sizes in a variety of technological fields, as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications both domestically and before the European Patent Office. He is the past chair of the Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
