Judge Lech Garlicki Coauthors Book Chapter

Visiting Professor of Law Judge Lech Garlicki recently coauthored a chapter in the first edition of “Constitutionality of Law without a Constitutional Court, A View from Europe”. This book examines the problematic possibility of guaranteeing the constitutionality of law in cases when a constitutional court either has been weakened or does not exist. Judge Garlicki’s chapter is titled “Constitutional review in the abusive constitutionalism (continuation, corruption, or disappearance?)”.
