Margaret Samadi

Adjunct Professor

Margaret Samadi is a 2012 cum laude graduate of Washington University School of Law. She spent over nine years representing plaintiffs in toxic tort litigation in multiple jurisdictions across the U.S. Her practice included developing trial and appellate strategy, substantial pretrial preparation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice and oral argument, trial motion practice, and oral argument, and appellate work. She has presented at multiple conferences on civil litigation issues and is a member of the Missouri, Illinois, and Supreme Court of the United States bars. Margaret also provided pro bono representation to asylum seekers through the Migrant Immigrant Community Action (MICA) Project.
