Brian Wolfe

Adjunct Professor

Brian Wolfe is a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where his practice focuses on complex business transactions and general corporate counseling for private equity, public company, and family office clients. Brian has taught at the university since 2013 and currently teaches courses on Private Equity Transactions and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. Brian also founded Funded Ventures, an investment platform focused on investing in operators and founders. Brian serves on the national council of the Skandalaris Center at the university, as well as on the Business Advisory Council at the Miami University Farmer School of Business and the board of directors of the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic.
