    International Humanitarian Law Dialogs - Changing Times: New Opportunities for International Justice and Accountability
    Chautauqua Institute, Chautauqua, NY 

    The 11th Annual International Humanitarian Law Dialogs will begin with a screening of the Harris Institute documentary film Never Again: Forging a Convention for Crimes Against Humanity, followed by several keynote lectures and panel discussions on the future of international justice and accountability in light of uncertain and changing times.
