Rachel Smith

Ms. Smith is the Chief Prosecutor in the Community Affairs Bureau of the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office. She previously served as a Special Assistant Attorney General and Special Prosecutor with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Smith is a 1992 graduate of Washington University School of Law and a co-director of the School’s Prosecution Law Clinic.
