
Mary Perry

Mary Perry clerked for the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Honorable Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and as a research attorney for the California Court of Appeal, 1st District, before going into private practice in California. Upon returning to St. Louis, she concentrated on appellate work, joining the St. Louis law firm of Schlichter, Bogard & Denton. While at the firm, Perry argued before the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of an injured railroad worker in Norfolk Southern Railway Company v. Sorrell. A member of the Missouri and California Bars, Mary holds a M.S. in Mathematics and worked as a scientific programmer for McDonnell-Douglas Corporation before earning her J.D. at Washington University School of Law.
