In order to earn a Certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, students must complete 9 credits from the Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Curriculum. (NOTE: It IS possible to complete a Certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution AND satisfy the requirements for the New York Bar Exam). To satisfy this requirement, students can elect to take courses from a list of approved NDR courses. The list varies from year to year based on the specific courses offered in the curriculum.
