Congratulations on your admission to Washington University School of Law in one of our graduate law or exchange programs. Over the next few months, we will be sharing information about our law school, the surrounding community, and information to help you navigate the visa and student registration process. We also want to give you a sense of what life is like here on campus and in St. Louis throughout the year. Certificate Programs
Students earning an LLM for Foreign-Trained Lawyers have the opportunity to earn a certificate in a specialty area in addition to the LLM degree. This is optional – and is not required as part of the LLM degree.
The following certificate specialties are available:
LLM with Certificate in Dispute Resolution
LLM with Certificate in Business and Corporate Law
LLM with Certificate in International Law
Intensive Legal English Program
Admitted students are welcome to register for the Intensive Legal English Program (ILEP) by paying the ILEP deposit.
