New Clients & Former Clients

The Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic is now accepting applications.

In terms of individuals and organizations seeking entrepreneurship assistance from the clinic, the clinic is particularly interested in receiving applications for matters relating to drafting/negotiating contracts or forming/operating for-profit or nonprofit businesses.

In terms of individuals and organizations seeking intellectual property assistance from the clinic the clinic is interested in receiving patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or right of publicity matters.

If your legal needs are urgent, the clinic recommends that you not wait to receive the clinic’s assistance, but that you instead seek the counsel of another legal service provider as soon as possible.  The clinic only accepts individuals and organizations as clients if they cannot otherwise afford legal representation using available sources of funding (e.g., personal incomes, organizational revenue, investor contributions, etc.). The clinic also uses a variety of other criteria when accepting clients, and there is no guarantee that the clinic will accept any particular individual or organization as a client.
