In re Seagate

Senniger Powers, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and Washington University Law School hosted a program on the recent and very important Seagate decision. The presenters included David Harlan and Ed Hejlek, both from Senniger Powers, J. Bennet Clark, from Bryan Cave LLP, and Brian Ferguson, who successfully argued the case at the Federal Circuit for Seagate, from McDermott Will & Emory. The event was on October 16, 2007 in the Bryan Cave Moot Courtroom. There was also a tutorial on the decision taught by Professor Kieff on October 11, and a reception following the event.
