I. PURPOSE AND ADMINISTRATION
A. Purpose The purpose of this bylaw is to define the
process by which members are allowed to vote on issues that they are aware and
informed of at meetings in which they cannot attend.
A. General
Rule All proxy votes must be
submitted in writing to the Secretary of Administration prior to the
commencement of the general body meeting.
B. Contents The writing must contain: the subject of the
vote, the vote designated, the representative’s name, and the representative’s
signature.
III. EFFECT
A. Quorum For the purpose of voting, proxy votes shall
not count toward quorum requirements.
