Note: Faculty, staff and student organization representatives will have accounts created for them.
Notice: The Law School is undergoing extensive renovation this summer. For this reason, room reservation requests may not be entered for any time preceding August 26, 2008, the onset of the fall semester. For facility needs prior to that time, please contact Jeanne Heil Chapdelaine (jheil@wulaw.wustl.edu) for assistance.
A login is required to request a room through this system. If you are a faculty or staff member of the Law School this will be supplied to you in an email message. Students requesting space for a group event will also be provided with login information for their organization. If you have not received a login, please contact Aris Woodham at woodham@wulaw.wustl.edu.
If you are not a faculty, staff or student of the Law School , please create your own account using the link below. You will be notified via e-mail if more information is required.
Because this system places event entries directly into the public master calendar (which is available via the School's web site home page) it is important that all faculty, staff and students enter descriptive information in a consistent manner. It is particularly important that event titles and descriptions are not in all uppercase and contain correct spelling. Choosing the appropriate "Event Type" is also important. Events that are designated as Meeting/Admin or Meeting/Faculty will not appear on the public calendar. All other event types will be presented on the public calendar.
Please remember that this is a request only. Confirmation will be provided via e-mail within 48 hours. For reservations within the next 24 hours, please do not use this form. Contact Jeanne Heil-Chapdelaine directly at 314.935.7567 (e-mail: jheil@wulaw.wustl.edu).
After a reservation is confirmed, it will appear on the School's new public event calendar within 24 hours. This public calendar is available for viewing without a login. Links for calendars particular to faculty, staff and students are provided on the MyLaw Intranet home page and will require a login.
Please be aware this system is not a replacement for any required approval process. Depending on the event, additional information may need to be provided to another department before the reservation can be finalized.
