ETHICS CURRICULUM COURSES

To meet the ethics requirement for graduation, students must take one course from the ethics curriculum. Students are, however, permitted to take more than one ethics course except that they cannot take two that are defined as survey courses. Lawyer As Fiduciary, Legal Profession, Legal Profession: Heroes & Villains, and Law and Ethics of Lawyering, are survey courses. While they differ in approach, they cover much of the same material, so students can take only one of these courses.
