Third-year students will receive priority over second-years. It is

course description please go to http://law.wustl.edu/Registrar/Coursedir/2004-2005/upper_level_fall_applied.html.

taught by Prof. Kathy Goldwasser (see above)

Terry will instead teach Health Care Quality and Liability (see
above).

COPYRIGHT &
RELATED RIGHTS
- will be taught on MON
8:30a-10:00a and WED 8:00a-9:30a (instead of MON WED 8:00a-9:30a). It was
realized that on Monday there's no reason to meet from 8:00a-9:30a, since
no other classes start at 9:30a - unlike Wednesdays, when there is a block
of classes that start at 9:30a. Prof. Lunney approved starting 1/2 hour
later on Mondays, which should hopefully make Monday mornings a little
less painful for those of you taking Copyright.
-
Management &
Evaluation of IP Assets (advanced IP LLM course) - Prof. Kang will be
unable to teach this spring semester. Prof. Kepler will teach the
class alone.
-
Pretrial Practice

"Added" Spring 2005 courses), for new information on professors
and days/times of the sections. Note that the day that Prof. Jellinek is
teaching section 1 has changed twice.

add the following to the course description for this seminar:
"The class will meet regularly, and students must submit both a
first draft and a revised seminar paper.
Students will also lead a class discussion on the topic of
their papers."

(instead of teaching U.C.C.: Article 2, which he has switched to Spring
2006)

in Spring 2006 (instead of Biodiversity, Biotechnology & the

teach this class in Fall 2005; he is undecided on whether
he will teach it in the near future - however, efforts are being made to
find another teacher to provide a sports law course offering in 2005-2006.
