LLM Alumnus Al-Hamdam Serving as Jadwa Investment's General Legal Counsel
Nasser Al-Hamdam, LLM-U.S. Law ’02, is a registered Saudi lawyer and currently works as the general legal counsel for the Jadwa Investment Company in Riyadh, one of the leading investment banks in Saudi Arabia. At the bank, he supervises the company’s Shariah Group, Legal Department, and Corporate Secretary Office.
Al-Hamdam’s areas of practice include banking and finance, both commercial and corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investment, and intellectual property. His achievements include the M&A of Jadwa, Saudi Aramco and Exxon Mobil, Luberef Co-Investment Fund, Investment Agreement of Jadwa and Khazanah of Malaysia, Samba Islamic Real Estate Fund, Samba Al Zamil Ship Finance transaction, SABIC Sukuk and Samba Mobily syndication loan.
