Cheryl Block is an expert in tax law and policy. Author of a leading book on corporate taxation, she has also written numerous articles on taxation, public policy relating to federal bailouts, legislative voting rules, social choice theory, and the interplay between tax and budget policy. She clerked for Judge Kevin Thomas Duffy of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and practiced tax law in New York City. She received her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979. |

Adam Rosenzweig concentrates his research and teaching in the area of tax law and policy. He also worked in private practice in New York, where he focused on federal income tax law and specialized in private equity, hedge funds, equity derivatives, and cross-border capital markets. He clerked for Judge James L. Dennis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University in 1998 and his LLM from New York University in 2002. |

Peter Wiedenbeck is an expert in the areas of federal income taxation and regulation of employee benefit plans. He is the author of several articles and two casebooks, Cases and Materials on Employee Benefits (West Publishing Co. 1996) with Russell Osgood of Cornell University, and Cases and Materials on Partnership Taxation (West 1989) with Curtis Berger of Columbia. Currently he is writing a book on the policy basis of federal labor law regulation of employee pension and welfare benefit plans under the employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. Wiedenbeck joined the Washington University law faculty in 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto, 1976 and the University of Michigan Law School, 1979. Following law school, Wiedenbeck practiced in Washington, D.C., with the firm of Patton, Boggs, and Blow, specializing in matters involving federal tax legislation and tax policy. |
