ORIL integrates important decisions on public international law from international courts and tribunals, domestic courts and ad hoc tribunals and contains the following content modules:

ORIL also offers case reports which contain commentary and analysis. Investment Claims is a new online service integrating primary materials and commentary and analysis relating to international investment law and arbitration. It includes full-text investment awards with official documents and authoritative commentary, treaty sector overviews, relevant international treaties and domestic legislation from jurisdictions including the US and UK, arbitral rules, as well as online versions of key Oxford University Press arbitration books and journal articles. Oxford University Press assembled an extensive network of experts working in the field to provide the included reports and analysis.
