Clinic Admission Requirements
- Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic
students visit a Mississippi River Floodplain.
A. Law Students:
The clinic is open to second and third year students. There are no prerequisites for taking the clinic. Administrative Law or a course related to environmental law is recommended but not required as a pre- or co-requisite. Third year students, students previously wait-listed for this clinic, and students who have not previously taken a clinic receive admission preference. Limit of 8 law students per semester.
B. Engineering or Arts & Sciences Students:
The clinic is open to graduate students and upper-level undergraduates with coursework and/or experience in environmental engineering, environmental science, or related fields.
Students who are graduating, students with strong backgrounds in environmental engineering or environmental science, and students previously wait-listed for this clinic receive admission preference.Enrollment is a two-step process including the submission of a Request for Permission to Enroll form and online registration.
Limit of 8 engineering and arts & sciences students per semester.
C. Medical Students:
The clinic is open for a 4 or 8 week week rotation for fourth-year medical students through the Occupational & Environmental Medicine (M25885) elective taught by Dr. Bradley Evanoff.
