Jeff Giddings is Professor of Law and Convenor of the Graduate Program in Dispute Resolution at Griffith University Law School in Queensland, Australia.  An internationally recognized expert on dispute resolution, Professor Giddings has researched and practiced in a number of areas, including work with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, National Legal Aid, the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department, the Office of the Queensland Ombudsman, and the Asia Pacific Centre of Franchising Excellence.
