VPN and Network Instructions

NEW Mac VPN Client on Mac OS X and remote drives

  1. Go to this web page and follow the instructions to install the VPN client. (DO NOT use Google Chrome!)  In the drop down make sure you select Law School.  When the client is installed it will show up under your Applications as Cisco AnyConnect VPN client.   https://vpn.wustl.edu/  

  2. Connect to the VPN server using the client you just installed.    When the client launches make sure the Connect To box reads: vpn.wustl.edu .  If it doesn’t, delete what is there and type it in manually.  Make sure Law School appears in the drop down menu.  You will need to do this step every time you want to connect to a remote drive.
