Adding Another User To Your Mailbox

To add a second account Mailbox to a single profile in Outlook 2010: 

Logged into Outlook in the Mailbox you wish to add to your own:

1. Right click on the Inbox and select Properties
2. On the Permissions Tab, click Add
3. Double-click your name and click OK
4. Select your name and set Permission Level to Editor












5. Click OK


Logged into Outlook in your own Mailbox:

1. From the File tab, click on Account Settings










2. Double click your Exchange email address:







3. Click More Settings.
4. On the Advanced Tab click Add













5. Type the full name of the mailbox and click OK
6. Click OK, Next, and Finish
7. The new Mailbox will appear in your Outlook inbox.
