Corporate Law Scholar Tuch to Join Faculty

Andrew TuchCorporate law scholar Andrew F. Tuch has accepted a position as associate professor of law, effective July 1, 2012. Most recently, he served as a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics and a Fellow in the Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School, where he is an SJD candidate. [more]
