domestic relations and intra-family mediation
services.

Lisa Page is an attorney and mediator in
practice in Jefferson County, specializing in
family and juvenile law. She serves on the
Board of Directors for M.A.R.C.H. Mediation., a
non-profit corporation providing mediation
services in many Missouri counties for postdissolution and paternity cases. A municipal
court judge, she drafted her judicial circuit's mandatory mediation rule and developed court forms and procedures.

Kathleen Whitby is Of Counsel to the St. Louis
firm of Spencer Fane Britt & Browne, LLP, specializing in environmental law, dispute resolution, and complex litigation. Ms. Whitby is the former director of Settlement Services for Clean Sites where she served as a mediator, facilitator, arbitrator, and trainer. She serves as the Chair of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources ADR committee.
