Michaela Connolly is the 2016-2017 Women’s Law Caucus Vice President. She is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and earned a B.A. in English and French from Lafayette College. Prior to coming to Washington University School of Law, Michaela worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Simon & Simon, PC, in Philadelphia. She also worked as a Human Rights Advocacy Intern at MADRE, an International Women’s Human Rights Organization, and an Associate for the American NGO Coalition for the International Criminal Court (AMICC), in New York, NY. Michaela wishes to pursue litigation work, but has yet to identify a specific area of law in which she would like to practice. She spent her 1L summer working for Judge Gene E.K. Pratter of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She will spend her 2L summer working as a summer associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, NY.
