The LLM in IP and Tech Law
The Intellectual Property/Technology Law curriculum allows students to study introductory and advanced intellectual property and technology law and to scrutinize the policies affecting intellectual property and technology law under the guidance of leading scholars in the field. Students will also participate in practical skills courses taught by teams of experienced intellectual property lawyers.

Washington University's top-ranked School of Medicine houses the Genome Sequencing Center, where more than 200 scientists are working to decode the human genome to allow future researchers to pinpoint disease-carrying genes and target them for potential treatment. The University is also home to a number of interdisciplinary centers, including the Center for BioCybertetics and Intelligence Systems, the Center for Computational Biology, the Institute of Biological and Medical Engineering, and the Program in Philosophy, Psychology and Neuroscience.
St. Louis is a leading center of biotechnology research and development. Contributing to St. Louis' growing stature in this field are such institutions as the Missouri Botanical Gardens, one of the world's three major institutes for biodiversity research, and the Donald Danforth Plant Center, established by a consortium of universities and other research institutions to engage in understanding basic plant biology and applying new knowledge to develop sustainable technologies.
