Housing and Related Information
Washington University School of Law has reserved 21 updated apartments for LLMs. Some are studios or efficiencies which are suitable for a single person and some are one bedroom apartments suitable for a married couple. All have a kitchen, bathroom, and a living space. All will be furnished with a refrigerator, stove, bed, desk, kitchen table and chairs, sofa and dresser. All are air conditioned with window units (not central air). Rent is between $500-600 per month. For the studios and efficiencies, the rent includes utilities (not telephone, however). All have ethernet connections.
Fifteen units are within walking distance of the School of Law and the other 6 units are nearby and on the shuttle route. The shuttle is a free bus that the University provides that has several routes on a regular basis that takes you to the campus and to various adjacent neighborhoods for shopping, etc. Follow the link to view a typical floor plan for a studio apartment.
