Course Information

Our introductory group meeting will be on Friday, January 13, from 3:08 to 4:00 p.m., in room 201 (not Monday, as the course schedule might have led you to assume). ATTENDANCE IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY. Before the meeting, please pick up the course handout in room 301 (it will be ready some time after January 1), read it carefully, and either make a tentative topic selection or at least try to pare down the topics to a short list of no more than 2 or 3 that you might be interested in. To do that, you might first have to do some preliminary research to get a feel for any topics you are seriously considering.
