Chapter 1 (skipping Section G for now), and the "Note" on pages 99-101.
Also please pick up from the Copy Center and read the handout chapter
from "Taxing Ourselves: A Citizen's Guide to the Debate Over Taxes" by
Slemrod & Bakija.
